This is unacceptable! The order was completely wrong - half of it was incorrect and items were sent loosely. Despite offering more money, the worker still forgot to seal the package. This is not how we expect our orders to be fulfilled.

1.the buyer never know how to respect supplier, it seemed that his temper is very bad, just asked and An imperative tone even at the beginning of our talk .2.asked us to give very low price, we didn't get any profit ,just want to establish business relationship for new customer .3.usually we send goods with our already opp bag, but the buyer need very small bag to fit the produce, and we did new bag ,it made our worker to pack it very slowly 4.then our workers did seal the opening,ok ,we take the responsibility, we pay him 203USD back, but the buyer want to get the goods free, he wanted to take all the money back ,the Alibaba judged it ,pay him 150 USD also ,150+203=353 USD, so he got all the goods ,got 353 USD back, he still wanted to take more,is this business ?no , we are always responsible for our any mistakes,but we don't accept We do not accept inequality and disrespect.Please if you want to do business well, study to respect Chinese people first.Good luck !!!
